Metabolic balance diet offers a personalised diet plan based on the results of your blood values . This plan offers the right food to correct your deranged metabolism and correct other lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, hormonal imbalance, skin disorders etc. correct food is your medicine .Like other diets we do not keep you hungry or give any pills, supplements etc.

This plan is for three months, but the metabolic balance rules you can follow the rest of your life and be healthy.We can give you online consultations also or your plan can be couriered. This is a new way to a healthy life.
